Although this book did tie loose ends for the series, it didn’t close well. The last few chapters felt rushed and the ending was abrupt. Erin Hunter did a great job describing and fleshing out the many warrior cats. I’ve probably said that about all of the Warrior books, but it’s true. The characters were, once again, very well done. I loved every second and couldn’t put it down. There were some moments when I thought, ‘this is getting pretty predictable’, but every time things got slow, the author gave me another plot twist. The action and suspense never ended and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading it.
